I like this quote a lot, and this is how I interpret it:
I truly believe that thinking big is the way to go.
When you think big, you increase self confidence and that shows to others.
You project high energy and attract positivity.
You position yourself as a leader. And this is when magic happens. Everything is possible when you put your mind into it!
