Pero ese día en específico al llegar a su casa, estando en el cuarto de su bebé que ya era irreconocible porque lo utilizaba cómo almacen para las cosas que compraba con cupones, intentando ordenar un poco las cajas de cereales llega al fondo y se topa con la pared y la decoración de bebé, esto la hizo entrar en una crisis y el cereal que estaba apunto de organizar terminó rompiendo la caja y comiéndolo mientras lloraba pero observó que el cereal estaba rancio y en su molestia decidió escribir un Email a la compañía detallando todo su disgusto por la marca al ofrecer algo que estaba rancio. En un par de días recibe una carta de la empresa donde le envían un cupón gratis, ella feliz sintiendo que había ganado algo en la vida, va a la tienda nuevamente a comprar con su cupón y el cajero le dice en tono muy irónico "oh sí, conseguiste un cupón que todo el mundo consigue por quejarse con los fabricantes, felicidades"...

Obviamente Connie no sabía esto y empezó a quejarse de muchos fabricantes para recibir cupones gratis, al cabo de varios días Connie decide mostrarle a su amiga Jojo los cupones que había obtenido y Jojo estaba impresionada porque habían productos que costaban $40 y ella tenía cupones gratis... En eso surge la idea de Connie en decirle a Jojo que quería venderle el cupón a mitad de precio y Jojo dijo que ella sí lo compraría a mitad de precio y entonces en ese preciso momento Connie estaba como qué espera un momento, nosotras dos podemos vender cupones y así como empieza toda esta aventura.
