Crime soared in the UK after Brexit?


Police are investigating the incident of throwing rotten pork to Finsbury Park mosque, north London.

More than 3,000 cases and hate crimes reported to police in the second half of June this year, up 42% compared to 2015, according to data of the National Police Commander British Council. 

Reports received from the date of June 16 to 30 and half of that period came after Britain decided to withdraw from the European Union on June 23, which is also known as exit or Brexit Britain. 


 At the height of violation dated June 25, 289 violations were reported in the UK.

 Mark Hamilton assistant police commander said 'increased significantly' is not acceptable.

 "Everyone has the right to feel safe and believe in themselves and should not feel vulnerable or at risk," he said.

 "Police Service can not accept that the same violations after a surge in reports on True Vision Internet sites, sites related information which is funded police hate crimes". 

 The main types of reported violations are 'violence against persons', including harassment, common assault, in addition to the verbal assault, spitting and crashing.
