Stephen Colbert Crashes RNC Convention & Insults Trump

One day before the official start to the Republican National Convention, Stephen Colbert took the stage by storm and insulted their nominee. He was dressed as Caesar Flickerman from The Hunger Games. He began his comments by saying that Trump has, “has formed an alliance with Indiana Gov. Mike Pence,” a.k.a. his running mate." Then, pretending to fall asleep continued on by saying, “Sorry, I blacked out there for a moment. “So it is my honor to hereby launch and begin the 2016 Republican National Hungry for Power Games!”

The stunt was ended early as convention security removed him from the stage as Colbert spurted out, “Look, I know I’m not supposed to be up here, but let’s be honest, neither is Donald Trump.” He further went on to joke about the level of access he was gaining. He Tweeted, "“At the center of power at the RNC.” and posted an image

There is video coverage of the event via a YouTuber.
