I've got to be honest with you. I got wrapped up in hype for a while. I got wrapped up in striving and pushing to hard and doing too much. And it seems like life has very creative ways to remind me to.... just. Stop. It.
So I've been reconnecting with slowing down and savouring a moment and connecting with the people around me.
I've been conciously saying no to things that take my time, but don't provide something good or meaningful. I've been fighting to remind myself that there is abundance and that I don't have to strive or work like a maniac to find that abundance. Sometimes I just have to stop long enough to see what's right in front of me already.
