Earth is an incredibly beautiful, almost perfect planet and when i see a perfectly mother natures reflection in a lake , pond or a puddle of water , it just makes me believe that even more so , the beauty of seeing a identical mirror image reflecting at you is just incredible in what ever perspective you look at it.
When i was traveling i saw many beautiful image reflections like these , it made me feel so happy that i had stepped out of that rat race for a while to appreciate and see the beauty around us and give our body and mind the treatment they deserve at times , the body will certainly love you for it.
We have similar traits to the very earth we walk on. As humans, we contain the same amount of water as there is on the surface of planet earth so , is it a coincidence that we feel calm when we are around water i shall say not. Yes it is easy to get caught up in the materialist, workaholic human world but sometimes we need to remind ourselves that we are only human , delicate and fragile and we all need that nourishment from mother earth to energize us , so get out their today and caught up with some mother natures reflections.
