Hummingbird Nests Right in Front of my Window

For a couple of weeks this little beauty spends her time weaving her nest, it brings fiber from palm trees, tree bark from a "Mulato" or "Chacá" tree, and some very tender and white stuff that seems cotton. At the end it seems very comfortable and it measures barely more than 2 inches in diameter.
She laid two tiny little eggs that incubated for a while, but after a few days I went out, I found at arrival that one of them was broken and got full of ants all over, forcing the gentle bird to leave the nest with the remaining egg.
Unfortunate outcome considering it had already sorted other seemingly bigger threats such as one dog and a cat leaving in the house; sparrow hawks, iguanas, snakes, and mice always prowling around.
