En esta ocasión quiero mostrarles mi actividad de hoy la cual consistió en la preparación de un depurativo natural a base de tapara. La tapara conocido como totumo tiene múltiples propiedades como antioxidantes , también es muy buena para los resfriado comunes, además es recomendable para el cabello y se utiliza mucho para eliminar quistes o fibromas al tener propiedades depurativas. Espero les guste y se animen a prepararlo. Es sencillo de hacer y en tan solo pocos pasos. Manos a la tapara!

Después llevé a la cocina una olla con agua hervida para meter la tapara hasta aflojar o reventar.

Transcurrido el tiempo de cocción retiro la tapara del fuego y le extraigo la pulpa

Una vez extraída la pulpa de la tapara la llevé a la licuadora, le agregué la penca de sábila, los 4 dientes de ajo, el jugo de los 4 limones y papelón al gusto.

Finalmente licué todos los ingredientes , colé , envase en una botella de vidrio y listo ! un depurativo natural de tapara para la limpieza de los órganos internos. Se recomienda tomar dos cucharadas cada doce hora por uno o tres meses máximo.
