#333 - One day in Batad.

Happy Sabbath to you all my fellow Hiveans. It's been days now since a strong typhoon hit the northern part of the country leaving flooding, landslides and death behind.

The highlands recently got shocked by overwhelming amount of rain water which is equivalent to a month rain overnight which resulted to floods going all the way down to the low lands surrounding the Cordilleras.

Many farmers lost their crops and even their animals but some lost their houses due to landslides and some their love ones.

The highlands is a beautiful sight to behold, there is fresh air and there's no amount of joy seeing through the massive areas covered with greens and mountains. One of the experience we had was in Batad which is a rural or remote village of Ifugao.

When we arrived we started our trek with this lovely couple. I took their shot because they did not brought any cameras with them except their phones.
