Rhodiola Sacral One of the most powerful adaptogens in the world!

Thankful for this rare wild gift! Tibetan Rhodiola or Rhodiola Sacral it is quite possibly... one of the most precious tonic herbs in the world. It cannot be cultivated, and is only collected from the wild in my opinion the best food type we can get "wild harvested", with that in might it is only available in very limited quantities. Don’t get this sacred herb confused with Rhodiola Rosea, commercially grown herb from Russia. Rhodiola is either Rhodiola Sacra, Sacred Rhodiola or Rhodiola Crenulata, being far superior to Rosea.

Rhodiola is a tonic herb native to the cold climates of Tibet, Siberia, Northeast China and Mongolia, where drinking strong elixirs of the root tea has been consumed for centuries to help acclimate to high mountainous altitudes as well as sustain high energy levels needed for living in these environments.

Today the herb is taken as an extract, herbal tea or in capsules, is particularly famous for its ability to reduce the secretion of cortisol "stress hormone", and it is a top herbal aid for relieving daily stress and anxiety.

This piece in my hand was aged for 20 years and wild harvested on the Tibet mountains, we can't get at the stores...
