The Tesla Motor's master plan
- Create a low volume car, which would necessarily be expensive.
- Use that money to develop a medium volume car at a lower price.
- Use that money to create an affordable, high volume car.
and... - Provide solar power.
Having worked structured and diligently in order to follow his original master plan, Musk has accomplished all four parts of the original Tesla Motor's plan from 2006. Now 10 years later, he has created the master plan part deux. In short, Master Plan, Part Deux is:
- Create stunning solar roofs with seamlessly integrated battery storage.
- Expand the electric vehicle product line to address all major segments.
- Develop a self-driving capability that is 10X safer than manual via massive fleet learning.
- Enable your car to make money for you when you aren't using it.
Having read numerous articles, watched countless videos and interviews and read his biography, Musk not only stands out as a true visionary, but as a propeller for human advancement beyond most peoples imagination. I have no doubt that he will enable our species to become multi-planetary through SpaceX while also revolutionize transportation though sustainable and renewable electronic vehicles powered by solar power. (or the large fusion reactor in the sky, as Musk would put it). The master plan part two will not only make our lives safer (fewer accidents caused by human error), but also free up more time for us (while our self-driving car drives us), but also further boost the sharing economy and drive passive income.
