It is incredible that we have passed the border from 2020 to 2021. I wish Happy New Year to all those who read me, to be able to breathe and be alive in this new year that is transformed into a great scale of opportunities, it allows me to consider experimenting towards a new state of consciousness, resorting to different tools that today it is possible to have at hand, but one must have the certainty and the confidence to know how to use them even in moments that can be difficult.
Those who have tasted my writing know that I always have a very authentic way of addressing the issues and writing under my own perception, which makes it always a unique reading, I have been exploring the restoration of body, mind and spirit through sound, both binaural, as well as with frequencies at 432 hz, music has always been incredible, I know it very well because since I started creating music everything improved for me, in fact I spent a lot of time in my studio exploring my own sounds and also studying about the subject, fortunately I managed to find my own identity through my own culture, being extremely authentic in my steps.
That is why I think that sound therapy can help many people to solve many adversities, because it is an introspective healing, moreover we can combine it with essential oil aromatherapy which also works very well in cellular regeneration just like music.
There is nothing better than starting a new year by raising our level of consciousness and looking for the best positive changes for our physical body and our soul, because it is important that we realize in time that we have to change many habits that do not favor our growth, of course we go step by step, but being firm to strengthen the foundations of our mentality that seeks the authentic success through progress.
So through the words breathing in this new dawn that gives us the opportunity to continue, towards a better direction I can say that I thank life and God for allowing me to see much of the picture, I hope everyone can achieve their own peace and understand what the frequencies that flow in the tune are about.

2021: Respirando a Través de una Nueva Conciencia
Increíble que hayamos pasado la frontera del 2020 al 2021 les deseo Feliz Año a todos los que me leen, poder respirar y estar con vida en este nuevo año que se transforma en una gran escala de oportunidades, me permite plantearme experimentar hacia un nuevo estado de conciencia, recurriendo a diferentes herramientas que hoy en día es posible tenerlas a la mano, pero hay que tener la certeza y la confianza de saber usarlas inclusive en momentos que pueden ser difíciles.
Los que han saboreado mi escritura saben que siempre tengo una forma muy auténtica de abordar los temas y de escribir bajo mi propia percepción, lo que hace que siempre sea una lectura única, he estado explorando la restauración del cuerpo, la mente y el espíritu por medio del sonido, tanto binaural, así como con frecuencias a 432 hz, la música siempre ha sido increíble, lo se muy bien porque desde que comencé a crear música todo mejoró para mi, de hecho pasaba mucho tiempo en mi estudio explorando mis propios sonidos y también estudiando sobre el tema, afortunadamente logré encontrar mi propia identidad a través de mi propia cultura, siendo extremadamente auténtico en mis pasos.
Por ello pienso que la sonido-terapia puede ayudar a muchas personas a resolver muchas adversidades, porque se trata de una curación introspectiva, además podemos combinarlo con aromaterapia de aceites esenciales que también funcionan muy bien en la regeneración celular al igual que la música.
Nada mejor que empezar un nuevo año elevando nuestro nivel de conciencia y buscando los mejores cambios positivos para nuestro cuerpo físico y nuestra alma, porque es importante que nos demos cuenta a tiempo que tenemos que cambiar muchos hábitos que no favorecen nuestro crecimiento, por supuesto vamos paso a paso, pero siendo firmes para fortalecer las bases de nuestra mentalidad que busca el autentico exito a traves del progreso.
Por ello a través de las palabras respirando en este nuevo amanecer que nos brinda la oportunidad de continuar, hacia una mejor dirección puedo decir que doy gracias a la vida y a Dios por permitirme ver gran parte importante del panorama, espero que todos puedan alcanzar su propia paz y entender de qué se tratan las frecuencias que fluyen en la sintonía.
