Hablar de amor puede resultar un tema bastante fácil de tratar, por su significado y todo aquello que involucra. Amar tiene significados diferentes para cada ser humanos, podemos diferenciarlo en el amor en pareja, el amor propio, el amor por los demás, el amor a la familia, la naturaleza, los animales y así muchos tipos de amor. En esta publicación hablaré un poco sobre el amor y la costumbre, el cual es un tema para mi bastante interesante porque en ocasiones las parejas no sabemos distinguir el uno del otro, porque por lo general se llega asociar con facilidad la costumbre con el amor. pero ¿qué tal mala es la costumbre? Solemos asociar la costumbre del amor como falta de amor en realidad, pero, por qué, siempre puede haber un pero, si lo miramos como la oportunidad de estar con el otro y sentirnos tan cómodos que esa costumbre se hace fortaleza en lugar de una debilidad.

In this publication, I will talk a little about love and custom, which is a very interesting topic for me because sometimes couples do not know how to distinguish one from the other because custom is usually easily associated with love. but how bad is a habit? We usually associate the habit of love as a lack of love in reality, but, because there can always be a but, if we look at it as the opportunity to be with the other and feel so comfortable that this habit becomes a strength instead of a weakness.

¿La costumbre es mala? Desde niña he aprendido que los matrimonios que duran muchas años son un gran ejemplo a seguir, pero en la medida que fui creciendo he ido notando que cada pareja cuenta su propia historia, llegar a estar casados por mucho tiempo involucra un sinfín de experiencias que pueden hablar y explicar que la costumbre puede ser una mala compañía o muy buena, todo dependerá de la situación. Vivir en pareja es una aventura con altas y baja, como todo en la vida, cuando se inicia una relación el ímpetu del amor y la intensidad de las emociones se encuentran a flor de piel, pero en la medida que pasan los años, estos niveles van bajando poco a poco con la aparición de los hijos y otras situaciones que se van sumando, por ello, pienso en lo perosnal, que el amor siempre está presente, solo que se transforma y se comparte cuando la familia crece y se hace más fuerte.

¿Qué significa, la costumbre en una pareja? Desde mi perspectiva, puedo compartir que las costumbre se refiere a dejar todo por sentado de que nada cambia, todo se mantiene igual, en el día, a día, el trabajo, las conversaciones, es como ir en un paseo a una misma velocidad siempre sin importar los obstáculos, siempre a la misma velocidad sin variaciones. Esto puede ir matando al amor poco a poco, pero a su vez, también puedo indicar que se requiere generar un cambio y una ruptura en los pensamientos de la pareja para retomar la vida de otros colores y con velocidades diferentes.

El amor y los años Creo fielmente en que los años brindan experiencia, fortaleza y aprendizaje, además permite apreciar la vida de diferentes ángulos, no tenerle miedo a la costumbre o a rutina, sino aprender a convivir con ellos y darle un gira a la vida cuando sea necesario, tan solo debemos cuidar también el amor por nosotros mismos, lo cual es un factor muy valioso. En la medida que yo me valoro como ser humano, me reconozco ante mí mismo, sé quien soy, puedo compartir amor por demás de forma más equilibrada y esto se puede transformar en felicidad.

Miedo a estar solo En ocasiones algunas parejas se mantienen juntas por miedo a estar solas, por miedo a no saber qué hacer, y prefieren mantenerse en la costumbre hecha amor, pero ahora para este caso, como una costumbre agotadora, gris y sin esperanzas. En lo personal pienso, que no es malo sentir miedo, porque sentirlo es como esa chispa eléctrica que puede ser molesta pero que te permite saber por medio del dolor de que estas vivo. El problema está, en dejar que ese miedo limite tus acciones y no te permita avanzar. No es malo querer estar solos, todo parte de un sentir y de querer asumir un estilo de vida que te permita sentirte bien contigo mismo, finalmente la vida se trata de forma sencilla de respirar, vivir y ser feliz, sin muchas complicaciones.

Aprende de la costumbre Cuando sientas que todos los días al levantarte siempre haces lo mismo, pero esto mismo que haces sientes no te impulsa a disfrutar de un hermoso día, entonces es momento de cambiar el chip y generar un cambio en tu rutina, haz algo que sea diferente en tu día, ese algo solo lo sabrás tú, pregúntate, ¿qué puedo hacer diferente hoy? y ese algo que hagas, se transformará un cambio que estoy segura te llevará a otro nivel. La costumbre no es mala, ella nos viene a decir que has logrado acoplar cada pieza del día, de la relación con la pareja, la familia, el trabajo, entre otras cosas de una forma continua, todo como una gran pieza que gira de la misma forma. Entonces, ¿Dónde está el problema? pienso que surge cuando esa costumbre llega a limitar otro tipo de acciones diferentes, cuando lo nuevo ya no es novedad.
