Because the Secretly embedded Codes that are hidden in plain sight using a Secret Cipher are being decoded with the 233 Clock Code hidden in the Pattern of 4s within the 1969 and 2011 Mission Impossible Films.
The 1969 Episode from Season 4 was called "The Code" and the 2011 version of the Timeline suggested and imagined a Kremlim False Flag attack as well as an attack on the IMF itself by other Rogue Agencies and Players with their own Sinister Agendas.
