Reading inspirational books or listening to motivational speakers don't always have the desired effect on me when am feeling low. Some may argue that it depends on the book or the speaker. I just feel it is the state of the mind.
I suppose one ought to be receptive like a sponge, not Spongebob, for any book or speaker to have effect.
Getting motivated can happen with different scenerios, a sentence, a word , even money. Frankly, I think getting motivated is just mentally and physically preparing ways of making money.
