Voting is the new tipping

It just dawned on me. On reddit they used tipbot in r/bitcoim and r/dogecoin, reddits default tipping system is reddit gold. The only thing reddit gold does, is pay for server up-keep (according to reddit) and the user may be able to use the "reddit lounge" which is just a subreddit with the restriction of entering it being; you have to have reddit gold active for that period. Basically like a subscription for a subreddit that is the same as any other one.

I've spent a lot of time there and now it feels like I have upgraded from Microsofts Internet Explorer to a beta version of Google Chrome. I am pretty sure I'm getting paid more than any other beta tester in the history of betas.

So thankful to be here and excited to welcome everyone to their new digital inn. Remember that all of you who are here today, will be the go-to people to the newcomers in the future. Don't compare yourself to the top 30 steem holders right now, they are the 1% and they deserve it for what they have brought to life. You will also be one of the 1% soon compared to the rest of the userbase that will join. To new people your votes will be like the biggest tips they have ever seen.

Comparing is always bad anyway, it tends to bring greed and the world has enough of that right now. This is the time to give back prosperity to the people who with the current economy of the world, have lacked it for quite some time.

(Not sure who's picture this is, found it on google - hope creator doesn't mind I used it for the thumbnail)

Steem on whoever read this!

Here is a bonus video for those who don't know the U.S dollars history and where it stands today, and what the difference is between that and real value.
