So while using @blocktrades I notciced that a new Privacy coin was now available! Although Dash had already been an option, the more famous and popular Privacy coin Monero (XMR) has been added to @blocktrades which finally allows us to really withdraw our steem/sbd into an anonymous cryptocurrency that is seriously used on Darknet Markets. Darknet Markets use monero because it is anonymous and has no need for using a Mixer like Bitcoin to obfuscate its sender and receiver. The fact is that Monero is a privacy coin and people use it how they like and if Steemians want to convert their Steem or SBD into Monero to buy drugs or guns or counterfeit fiat on the Darknet Markets, then no one will be able to stop them. Now we can think about the inevitable use of steem blockchain for those who wish to raise money to buy drugs to serve their addictions. We will see people go crazy posting entertaining posts while on drugs, only to earn more money to buy more drugs
Since Reddit has banned the subreddit known as "r/darknetmarkets" we should see Steem pick up the pieces here https://steemit.com/trending/darknetmarkets such an interesting subject! We can post Onion Links to Tor encrypted websites that no one can take down because it's all on steem! We could even have a special steem front end JUST for darknet market posts that makes you signup with anon steem and which ensures that the posts dont get taken down like the short list of copyright take downs @inertia showed me (Barely one page of copyright takedowns and thats it! It is all just photographers pictures and some bollywood movie links, and that is all steemit inc has ever taken down off their front end!) So we really could make Steem Blockchain the next home for the darknet market listings, to replace the now banned reddit.com/r/darknetmarkets
