Delicious Tandoori Momos Recipe Easy Method

Today I am again with you for a new recipe, so let's start the way to make delicious Momos.

First take a bowl and take one and a half cup grated flour and then add 1/4 teaspoon salt. Now add 1 teaspoon of oil to it. Now you will mix them all well Now add half a cup of water and now this dough is good Take the dough until it becomes soft and smooth, keep it covered with a cloth for 30 minutes. Now one should take a stern, put it on a low flame and add 2 spoons of oil in it and its Add the chopped garlic and 1 clove to it. Now add little chopped onions to it. Now add half chopped onions and after that, cook it for 1 minute. Now add 1 grated carrot in it. After this, add 2 cups of cauliflower in it. Now weigh it for 2 minutes and after that add half a teaspoon of black pepper in it. Now add half a teaspoon of salt to it. Now add 1 spoon of chopped coriander in it and add it to it.

Now, the dough filled with flour which we had left for 30 minutes, we will take a little dough of maida to make Momos. Make a thin roll by making it in a small ball-shaped shape. Now cut it from a bowl to give it round safes. So, we will have 4-5 grinds. Now add 1-1 teaspoon mixture to each piece and shrink all the moons from all sides and fold them. Now for our Momos steam Now all these mamos will be added to the tandoor and will steam for 10 minutes and after cooling down the steam it will be removed and cooled.

Now add half a cup of curd in a bowl and add half a teaspoon of ginger garlic paste in it. Now add 1/4 teaspoon
Add turmeric powder to it, then add 1 teaspoon ground red chilli and add half a teaspoon of garam masala. Then add 1 teaspoon grounded Kasoori fenugreek and then add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and add 1 spoonful of oil in it and a little bit Salt (according to taste) and mix all well, now our spice is ready.

Now add steam-laden momos in a bowl full of spices and put it in a bowl well for 1 hour and after one hour, one will take a stern, run it on a low flame. Now, take 2 spoons of oil and fry it in momos. Will turn back on the other side. Roast the Momos on both sides, and take a small bowl and take 2 red hot charcoal warmed in it and keep the bowl between the momos and add half a teaspoon ghee and cover it with a lid for 2 minutes. When the smoke comes out from the coal, then the momos will become more tasty and after 2 minutes you will take out the mumose and put a pinch of chaat masala on top. Now add 1 teaspoon chopped coriander on it.
