5700XT has Arctic Xtreme Cooler with tiny heatsinks on memorychips. Fans @55% - GDDR6 memory temp 24/7 @94C.
VEGA 64 has a liquid cooler. Fan @37%. Don't know memory temp. Core hotspot is 56C. Guessing the HBM2 memory can't be hotter than 66C.
