NIBIRU/TIAMAT THEORY :
As NASA has already publicly admitted the fact that there is undoubtedly a 9th Planet in our Solar System, orbiting the sun in a strange elliptical path, The Nibiru- Tiamat Collision Hypothesis has transformed into a Theory.
According to this theory, at some point Billions of years ago, Earth was where Mars is today, and used to be 60-70% bigger than what it is now. Then a planet called Nibiru, now called Planet X or 9, which is a very iron rich planet, came and hit this Tiamat planet, breaking away the upper layers, leaving behind the molten inner magma, which gradually solidified to form Planet Earth. Mars or Marduk was a moon of Tiamat. The debris from this collision hit one side of Mars/Marduk and destroyed their magnetic field thereby destroying the atmosphere, rendering the planet uninhabitable.
This is the ONLY theory that has been able to explain why Earth is the only known planet with tectonic plates, oceans as deep as the Mariana trench, and the existence of the Asteroid belt right next of Mars, which is of course the Debris from the collision, that hasn't been influenced by Mars and Jupiter's gravity. Also most of the iron we have on the crust can be proved to have originated on some other planet, we're not supposed to have this amount of iron on the crust. Another thing that must happen after such a collision is the a very large cavity inside Earth ( b/w core and crust ) at the point of contact between Nibiru and Tiamat, which should be visible now.

Farsight confirms it, they go as far as describing certain Reptile type hymanoids living on Tiamat as Nibiru hit/was made to hit Tiamat. According to Hindu and other Asian, these Nagas or Reptilians were tiny, which is definitely because they are from a very big planet having a lot of mass hence a lot of gravity, if they were very big, they would collapse under their own weight. Having a snake like body would be ideal for high gravity situations. 
The hindus describe the nagas as small, benevolent and helpful beings living in underground bases who can transform into physical humans, through trans-dimensional technologies ( like teleportation, where you are disintegrated physically and reorganized, but imagine being reorganized into a different physical form)

It seems, while this war was going on, before Nibiru was pushed towards Tiamat, the home of the Reptiles, some of them escaped into a space station which is the moon and are still there, which indicates the degree of their technological advancement which allowed them to bore into the moon and make it hollow and therefore fit for habitation.

After the dust settled down, And Earth developed a biosphere,which was developed by the Reptilians, the Martian refugees arrived on earth and started interfering , with the help of at least one other human looking species, they wiped out the Dinosaurs and made changes into the reptiles to give birth to mammals, the mice, which were then subjected to a series of genetic manipulation which resulted in the modern man.
When you want to settle in some planet which already has a Biosphere, you can't just go in and start living. You have to be adapted to that planet's gravity, immune to the microbes and of course be able to acquire nutrition from that planet's vegetation, basically to fit into the food-chain. One way to do that is, adding little bits of your gene to the dominant species of that planet, or the one that is genetically the closet to you, thereby creating hybrids who aren't that different from their native parents and then release them into the biosphere, so that they can adapt. After a few hundred thousand years to a few million years have passed, the hybrids, in spite of having a little bit of your gene will be fully adapted to the planet's biosphere. Then you add a little more of gene on the adapted hybrids and continue this process until you have a species having all the characters that you have but fully adapted to the planet's biosphere
