Great White Shark

So, I've been feeling really down about SteemIt lately. The enthusiasm isn't there, as it feels like the rewards aren't reaped.

In saying that, I'm going to talk about a cannabis strain I recently came across and was interested in other's opinions. Nowwww, it's not legal in my country, and I use it for medicinal uses, though I know that isn't an excuse. I don't condone it, nor would I suggest you do it, but if you do, please do it responsibly.

There's a great site here: https://www.leafly.com/sativa/white-shark that has a lot of great reviews too. I hit it up before buying, but my interest was peaked at what it had to offer. I am not the origonal author of the information below, though I have added sites I found useful.

An Overview

This strain is a sativa strain, but it produces a great indica body buzz with very quickly. This is why it's often used to treat chronic pain ailments. It's fruity, and the taste is almost potent, and the bright green, dabbled with tiny crystals is alluring.

The THC levels sit at 14.85% and CBD levels sit at just 0.22% (when clinically tested.)

The Effects

The highest effects were noted as being happy, relaxed and uplifted, with the last two on the list of top 5 coming as euphoric and energetic. Additional effects to mention are the narcotic feelings of 'weighted bliss' quoted here at http://www.cannabissearch.com/strains/great-white-shark/ . There are also the feelings of sedation and analgesic effects, which can also be a negative from another angle (if you look at it that way).

The Flavours

It tastes earthy, a hint of citrus and a the sweet taste of those fruity aromas.

The Medicinal Effects

The highest effects it alleviated were stress, pain, depression, fatigue and inflammation.

The Negatives

Now, with the good, comes the bad. And the site outlines that these include dry mouth, dry eyes, anxiousness, and in evenly last dizziness and paranoia.

The reviews on the site are only positive and more.

This strain has an amazing flavor and a great body buzz to match it. After two tokes, I was feeling my pain lessen and my mood lighten. So far, it has been the best daytime pain management strain that I have laid my hands on.

My Personal View

For me, I just love that it is a hybrid that offers the best of both worlds. Part Indica, part Sativa and just the right blend of both. It tastes amazing, and it looks beautiful. It's smooth on the throat, not harsh like other options on the market and it tastes just like you want that amazing Mary Jane to taste like.

It mellowed me out heaps, it gave me instant pain relief the moment that buzz flowed through my body. I felt it slowly ease the athritic aches and pains of my daily stress. I didn't get the munchies and I think that's definitely a bonus!

I don't personal feel the dry mouth, or anxiousness, nor do I feel the dizziness or paranoia, my only negative is that I always go back for more when I'm finished my first buzz.

Let me know what your favourite is, or if you have anything to add.

Sienna :)
