As of midnight July 1st, Nevada legalized the recreational use of marijuana by adults 21+. Nevada has joined Washington, Alaska, Oregon, and Colorado in legalizing marijuana. Although now legal, it still remains illegal to light up in public places. This is a huge step forward for legalization of recreational marijuana. Nevada Senator, Tick Segerbloom, was the first person to purchase recreational marijuana from REEF Dispensaries.
