Healthy breakfast banana split

We need a nutritious and healthy breakfast that will keep our body and brain working without stress.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 mandarin
  • 50 ml of vegan yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons of homemade granola
  • a few pieces of coconut shreds
  • 1 tablespoon of almond shreds
  • 2 tablespoons of melted vegan chocolate

Preparation:

  1. Peel and halve the banana crosswise. Place it on the plate. Add vegan yogurt.
  2. Peel mandarin and kiwi. Cut kiwi into slices. Assemble mandarin and kiwi on the plate.
  3. Add granola on top of yogurt. Add coconut shreds and almonds.
  4. Drizzle with melted vegan chocolate.
