Cleaning the liver with raisins: a recipe from traditional russian medicine

It is well known that the liver represents what is called a biochemical laboratory of the human body, where more complex processes take place.

One of the many functions of the liver is detoxification. Excessive ingestion of medication, poor nutrition and certain bacterial and viral infections often leave serious sequelae and threaten liver function.

The liver acts as a blood factory in the body. It helps the body to strengthen and stimulate digestion as well as cleanse the blood and eliminate all toxins and waste.

From this, it is clear that a clean liver gives the body health, vitality, energy, freshness and cheerfulness.
Liver cleansing using black grapes begins with the following procedure: First, select high quality raisins. Note that today, high quality raisins are not always available at the nearest market or store. When buying raisins, avoid selecting very light yellow grapes.
Bright coloured grapes come from sulphur dioxide treatment or at best, due to inappropriate drying rules. Also, do not choose "bright"grapes. The odds are very high that they have also been chemically treated.
The high quality grapes are not shiny, crumpled, neither too soft nor too hard (similar to soft rubber). They must be kept and not damaged.

Good grapes must be dark or brown in colour (if the grape variety is brighter, raisins have a light brown colour). There are also black grapes with a bluish shade, made by desiccating the darker types of vines.
It would be ideal if you can find raisins with their small stems, which is one of the main indicators of naturally produced raisins. Once you've selected the best raisins and without chemicals, you can start preparing the following recipe that will help you cleanse your liver.

Cleanse your liver by preparing this traditional Russian medicine recipe:
Soak half a cup of raisins in hot water and let stand for 15 minutes, then wash.
Place washed grapes in a cup and fill the cup flush with boiled, cooled water at room temperature. Let the raisins stand for 24 hours (until the next morning).

The next morning, before breakfast, drink the drink and eat the raisins. Lie down in bed for an hour and a half or two hours and put a warm compress (or better, a hot water bottle) on the right side of your stomach.
Repeat this cleaning procedure once a week for one month (i. e. once a week during the month) and twice a year.
