... and it's not what we expected.
So, what is going on with it?
Searching for a new home/apartment in city of Šibenik may seem very easy at first. But trust me, it can be a freaking nightmare.
Prices are extremly high, even for the shitholes and everyone expects you to be there for just half of the year (because of the tourists in spring/summer).
We have decided to wait and ask people around if they know anyone with normal house/apartment. Thanks to our friend's mom we found one! It was ok at the short first sight. Big space, balcony, everything we need. Cigarette smell in the living room was disgusting af but we thought that would be easy to get rid of (it's not). I saw potential in it!
We were promised by the last person who lived there that he will paint the walls and fix everything that is broken before we move in (it was all messy af). That was the deal with the owner (who is such a nice guy) before he was moving away.
And then guess what?
That person didn't do anything AT ALL. He ran away, also change a number so the owner can't call him.
This is what we are dealing with now (and this is just a small part).
I'll show you the results when we're done fixing and decorating everything.
