Having The Results In Mind

The only prove of your labour is in the result you have to show for it. The truth is; rewards do not go to labour but to results. This is the reason you have to keep result-oriented mindset everytime you engage in any labour.

No matter how much effort you have put into something, if it is not converted to result, then people may not appreciate it. This is why "smart work" is always more result-oriented than "hard work".

Believe me, if the level of profit and result you have is a direct function of your hard work, then those that work physically hard (like the iron benders, brick layers, truck pushers, etc) would have been the richest.

This is to prove to you that your mental labour is as important (if not more) as your physical labour. In a wrestling match, for example, winning is not only dependent on the strength of the competitor but there is a place for skill. This is why someone like Mysterio, with his little body frame, can defeat Batista at the heavy weight title match.

To have results in any endeavour, you should not lay emphasis on your physical strength alone...

If you have watched a 100 meter race before, you will understand one thing: No matter how much energy you expend and how fast you think you are, the winner is only decided at the finish line.

If a runner gets discouraged and drops before the finish line, the ones he had run will be wasted. In the same way, when putting in your labour, always have your eyes and mind on the result that you want to achieve.
