after watching some rt news i already get this weird sense of theatrics. all these counter intuitive actions, such as essentially warning the alleged adversary hours beforehand... we also had this hugely promoted for days now, it even reached german mainstream two days ago.
the stage is being set, someone is getting desperate and they are amping up the war drums as if there were only weeks left to do so.
it is quite the trip. likely the last nail in the coffin of the un overall. we shall see.
