This afternoon, Bank Mandiri branch bireun big family take time to gather and eat together. This activity is in the framework of silaturrahmi and gratitude for the sustenance earned so far. The employees finished their work quickly and went straight to one of the famous coffee shops in The Bireun city named D'coffee break.
Sore ini, keluarga besar Bank Mandiri cabang bireun meluangkan waktu untuk berkumpul dan makan bersama. Kegiatan ini dalam rangka silaturrahmi dan syukuran atas rezeki yang di dapatkan selama ini. Para karyawan menyelesaikan tugasnya dengan cepat dan langsung menuju ke salah satu warung kopi terkenal di kota bireun yaitu D'coffee break.
The joyful atmosphere enveloped all of us, a jokes were inevitable. We order food according to our taste. There are employees likes fried rice, french fries, dimsum, etc.
Suasana gembira menyelimuti kami semua, candaan dan gurauan tak terhindarkan. Kami memesan makanan sesuai dengan selera. Ada yang suka nasi goreng, kentang goreng, dimsum, etc.
The gather like this are very important to do, because it can foster a sense of brotherhood among employees. Each person busy with their respective affairs, but they can still be compact to be patient and not to go home first, although some of them have to travel quite far to get home.
Kegiatan seperti ini sangat penting untuk dilakukan, karena dapat menumbuhkan rasa persaudaraan antar karyawan. Setelah sibuk dengan urusan masing-masing, para karyawan tetap bisa kompak untuk tidak pulang dulu, walaupun sebagian dari mereka harus menempuh perjalanan yang lumayan jauh untuk sampai di rumah.
