A rare Gem - Wilma Ajayi!!! She Lives On Through The Very Heartfelt Expressions Of Mrs Alli (Still A Non-Steemian).

People spoke of her while she was alive and now she continues to live on, in the beautiful words about her spoken, while she is physically gone.

They really did care about her; "race" relegated!

She was mama to many kids too as she was a teacher and she worked as a teacher till she broke down into illness.

She had potential for much more financial success, moreso financial benefits upon retirement, if only she had sought greener pasture but she stuck for the most part to one school because to its owner, she was sister and friend.

Maria Wilma Ajayi was elderly but she was loved by many who were much younger as to them, she kept on "a friend and sister".

She wasn't in her homeland too but only the "human race" had ever counted. All she wanted to do was touch lives, how can race have mattered. So she loved all, forgave all. No "resentment" was found in her.

She was a rare gem.

She was loving to her family but her family also constituted humans in general. She also knew Jehovah and had a solid relationship with him, thus, she wanted to spread this precious feeling across to as many as she could reach. Her love and gentle nature new no bounds and one person who spent almost all the days in 15 years spoke of Mrs Wilma Ajayi in these pure unadulterated words as you will see just below; starting with this wholehearted heartfelt video:

A rare Gem - Wilma Ajayi

I met her for the first time about fifteen years ago when my family moved to a new congregation ( Unity Drive ) which also is the congregation she associates with in Lagos, Nigeria.

I was attracted by her simplicity and her gentle and calm nature. She was never resentful .  Despite being a working mother she was never missing at the Christian meetings and enjoyed preaching from door to door, she was loyal  to her work, family and most importantly to Jehovah. She brought up her kids to love Jehovah .

I was privileged to work closely with her secularly. As The Head of School, she was dedicated to her work and was honest. Working closely with her was like working with an "angel" , she was never found wanting . We became so close that she became part of my daily life.

When she became sick , it was one of the hardest things I have ever endured. I was pained and talked to Jehovah frequently to help get her back to her feet. Yes!

Jehovah gave her the strength beyond all understanding to travel unaccompanied to see her son and home land which she has always wished to see . She will ask me: "sister Alli , I hope I will be able to see my home land again'?" And I will reassure :"

Why not, sister Ajayi , very soon you will able to go as many time as you want , infact I will visit you when you get there".

I never knew that my friend, my sister, my confidant, will get to Manila and not return to me again.

I weep for my gem is gone, I weep now... but I know she is only sleeping and very soon she will awake to a new dawn

....yes, I'm holding on to the promise Jehovah made to His loyal servants at John 5: 28 & 29 - the resurrection hope - I will keep an appointment with her -  I will see her beautiful smiles again, my rear gem!

In the words of Mrs Alli.

We carry on being selfless. Life was never about us.

There is a limit to eating and drinking and even to merriment. Life is about touching others and filling their lives with some more awesomeness, instilling in them virtues; reminding them of Divinity and of our Creator who is love.

Life is more about Paradise than unnecessary strife, jealousy and cruelty.

Love is in us and if it is no longer there, it was simply robbed. It can be restored by your very next valuable noble deed. Let's keep on awesome in kind acts towards one another!
