I believe these are tools that cost nothing, but they help a lot with just putting them into practice, to be a better society full of happy and optimistic people.

In order to help other people we have to start examining ourselves first, because sometimes we preach about what we lack. This is very important because if I can do it, you can also, and so we start with one and end up being millions

Don't you think so?
