Saying no can be hard sometimes especially when it is said to those you love or fear.
Yet saying no is important to you. That is so because when you are saying no you are actually saying yes to something else.'
It may be hard for some people to understand. Some will even reject you. Even certain favours may be taken away from you because you are saying no to someone or something.
If by saying no you know what you are saying yes to, then focus on what you are saying yes to. As you open yourself to what you are saying yes to, you will give it more energy and time. It will increase.
You are responsible for your desires in life. You know what you want in life or what you are pursuing. It may not be what others would like but you got to decide to follow your heart and carry your own cross, the benefits will be great. Your NO is what it is; A No.
