It is the act of having and demonstrating with a clear mind, i.e doing things exactly as they are.
Sincerity means truth and honesty. It takes you a long way in the long run. Honesty doesn’t mean you should be a people's person.

Relationship and marriage is a very good example. If you are not sincere with your partner before you got married, it’s possible the marriage won't last long. Lack of sincerity is the lack of trust.
A man who is married to a beautiful lady and promises himself not to cheat on her, if he travels out for a business, a lot of things could distract him. Money and ladies are likely the major things that can possibly sway his mind away but if his mind is trained to be sincere, he won't cheat.
Sincerity is a very strong spirit, try to build it early with you so it will be part of your subconscious mind not conscious mind.
