Fight As A Team

It's is always joy and happiness, when we get the necessary projects at our hand done in the right way. It's always never easy but with our hard work and persistence we one way or the other get them done.

But in the case, where we lose a member of our team for one small error they committed to get the job done faster, we try all we could to get them on back on the team with the last energy we have.

Even in their state of suspension from the team, they still work their ass off to get the job done. And when the get the pieces we luck to get the job done, we visit our heads with them and say.

It seems like that's our best lead that's why we being it out to them. Our heads keep up to tell us that they shouldn't be anywhere near this job. We try our best to let our heads know that we are aware they are not to be anywhere near the project and they know they are wrong to be pursuing this, but they are passionate about getting the job done no matter what.

At this point, our heads begins to ask us about our play in trying to get them back on the job. Our heads ask us why we want them back and we simply tell them because they have done some very good work here.

And we are not trying to get them back in the job to make the same mistake they did but we are actually trying to get them in to get the job done faster. And our interest is strictly professional.

As we speak all our hearts out to our various heads, they are moved with our persistence and tell us to make them ready for a presentation to the board and if their stuffs are good, they might give them the chance to let her back on. But we are to remember we are responsible for them now and every mistake they do again with be on our account.

They keep us up to say, If we trust them with our career, then they have no choice than to get them in the team again but let's see how that plays out for both of you.
