Time to get healthier and feel better about where we are at physically!

Wes and I have decided to do a monthly challenge to help direct us toward achieving a more healthy lifestyle and physical body. We feel like if we share it and encourage others to join, maybe it will help us to feel more connected with a group and make it easier to achieve ;)

Starting March 1st we have a goal of walking at a minimum 10 days for the month and eat NO ice cream for the whole month...y'all, we eat ice cream on a daily LOL!!

We are going to make one exception for the ice cream...Wes's birthday :) but cutting down from daily to 1 time for the month should be helpful!
