I understand the whole "fight or flight " after triggering. Im still working on identifying triggers. I do know that when the fight or flight hits, there isnt much flight. Lots of fight, though. Short fuse. Hyper-awareness leading to over stimulation, making things worse.

Lots of folks have no idea what its like dealing with what we get to endure. I try and understand that. Its taken me this long, with dr help of course, to find the right direction. For others that dont have ptsd, they have no idea where to start.
