It's best to learn as much as you can by yourself and ask for a hand only when it's really necessary. I've also learnt being smart, efficient & aware is much more important than being hard-working in today's society if you want to really succeed and or stay on top. I am self employed and at the moment working 8+ hours each day including weekends.
