Day 1276 | 10-Day Weight-Loss Plan


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

Last week I made a 7-Day work-out plan which I managed to follow at least for the first 5 days until the busy weekend it and I call it a fairly successful as it got me back into a routine of joining my hot yoga classes and tennis while also implementing a row training on Wednesday when I go home.
