Day 1258 | Family Wednesday


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, and my personal life...

From here on out, Wednesday will be my weekly day for some Quality Family time which should be better than Tuesday as I'll have more time to spend with my nieces. The weather is getting colder so we'll be doing a lot more gaming again. Yesterday we started playing Undertale which is a cult classic in gaming. I'm getting used to the new schedule still and will try to find some routine into it joining my Hot Yoga Sessions again.

Daily Reps Challenge

The goal is do reps consistenty on a daily basis forcing myself to do at least 1 which most times will lead to a lot more and the goal is to go without actually being in major discomfort the day after slowly increaing the load over time.
