The plan to make sunday into a weekly monring run day failed and I really need to reset my focus as I have drifted away after a period of 12+ days of eating healthy, working out, drinking enough,... On monday the plan is to get in some kitchen time, drink 3+ Liter of water again and go out for a walk if the weather allows it. I really want to get back to where I was and will start including some numbers tracking again.
Overall it was a pretty fun sunday with plenty of football to watch and enjoy.

Daily Reps Challenge
The goal is do reps consistenty on a daily basis forcing myself to do at least 1 which most times will lead to a lot more and the goal is to go without actually being in major discomfort the day after slowly increaing the load over time.
