So far, this is the best info on what the govt can and cannot do to us in Australia. There is also a legal arguement that challenges the validity of the Federal and State govts very existence. Its one we should explore, but the urgency of our police state means I think the info here is needed as a priority. Starting with the Constitution, the original and still valid document that our Government woud prefer we just forgot about.

The thing to know first is that you can ignore state laws because Federal Law trumps it and the Act below is what you need to read, and even print relevant pages to carry with you.

In the Act you read about 'Bio-security Control Order' the first takeaway here is this order must be issued, by a Judge, to an individuals name. Thats right. They are not allowed to lockdown anyone, if just been a bluff. Same with masks and all the fines. Let them issue a fine, its UNLAWFUL so will be thrown out of court.
Use the Biosecurity Act against them, disobey these rules. Refuse to pay fines. All Australia needs is 100,000 people to say hell NO any there is not enough police, jails or courts to cope, the whole corrupt system would come crashing down.
