Ignoring cryptocurrency I believe is to one's loss considering the rate at which cryptocurrency is gaining popularity. With big companies like Tesla accepting Bitcoin for purchases, PayPal enabling crypto transactions it becomes inevitable the numbers are only going to rise in companies accepting crypto payments.
We are expanding the types of payments that we take. We now take Apple Pay and Google Pay. More choice for buyers … We will continue to look at other options, like cryptocurrency.

I haven't used Ebay in years but adding crypto payment is going to make transactions alot easier, especially if Ebay offers varieties of cryptocurrencies with low transaction fees.
Ebay is also looking at NFT on its platform, providing NFT, crypto payment option to 187 million buyers is a huge number to target, though some of these buyers could already have crypto exposure and possibly new crypto users.
Pay with crypto and cut the middle situation evolving rapidly before us and I'm loving the spread of cryptocurrency into almost every aspect of life
