Despite Volatility There is Interest For Bitcoin Salaries

It was earlier this year that we heard that the Immensus Group would be offering salaries in bitcoin. This meant that a Dutch Domino's franchise, as they own and operate several of them, were going to be offering the opportunity for employees to receive some of their salaries in bitcoin. Almost everyone opted for the bitcoin payment.

The option to go with bitcoin for salaries is one that does interest some people despite the volatility. For others they aren't interest in linking their full-time or part-time income to something that can fluctuate so wildly. But it is clear that despite this volatility the idea is growing and more might in the future offer bitcoin for salaries for both private businesses and perhaps for public servants as well.

The Miami mayor has suggested that this region is moving forward with such a plan to pay public employees with bitcoin. How much longer might we have to wait until more companies and more cities are going to join and do the same?

Previous surveys have found that many people in the U.S. and elsewhere today would be happy to get paid in bitcoin for their salary, or other cryptocurrencies too. From Australia, to the U.S., the Netherlands, there is interest around the world from people who want a crypto salary and as that demand and interest grows we can expect the market to respond with options.
