Tory is the northernmost inhabited island of Ireland.
Shown here is the eastern side of the island, known as Dún Bhaloir (Balor's Fort). The tower on the left of the image is An Tor Mór, or the Big Tower, and at about 80 metres high the tallest part of the island.
The prominent peak in the background, just below and to the left of the flight of birds, is Mount Errigal.
