Did you know that Lego began in August 10, 1932 in Billund, Denmark?

It came in the United States in 1962, the first LEGO came in loose sets of bricks.

Lego is good for kids imagination, it’s good for fine motor skills, and it’s a lot of fun.

In our family we have our own history of starting to play Lego.

First set was of course the Mega Blocks and Lego Duplo. Those are for toddlers and little kids. More serious and real obsession began with Lego Creator first.

Later, Minecraft Lego got my kids‘ and their friends’ attention. My son knows all the sets numbers and when they came out😅.

Then, they were interested in Lego dinosaurs sets. So they kept asking them for their birthdays, New Years, and it lasted for awhile.

I think are kind of growing out of this Lego phase, but I see kids from time to time getting out their sets and playing with them.

*Sometimes me, and my husband build something together with our kids, it’s super fun, and it’s a great way of having lazy family afternoon time.
