I did my upper body workout yesterday.
I kept the pace up and added a short second bag workout after I finished lifting.
I don't do two bag workouts in a session very often but I had extra time and I wanted to get my muscles loose as they were so tight from lifting.
The thing I like about doing this is that my body is to tight and does not want to move so forcing it to relax and perform is the main function of the workout. It is harder to keep my hands up and thus it is an important skill to develop. Forcing the body to perform.
