I missed my Monday workout due to car issues.
I put in extra work yesterday to make up for the missed workout.
I went at full speed and power on the bag. My leg kicks are getting stronger. I believe that this is due to my kicking the steel pole. I am still mainly just tapping the pole but every week I am hitting it harder and harder.
My lifting was all on the machines because the benches were all used.
I finished the workout with shadow boxing and shots. My right knee is still sore so I cannot shoot with my right leg forward.
