I had Retina surgery on my left eye yesterday.
A few weeks ago I took a left jab to my left eye and it knocked the lens out. I could not see out of that eye after that.
I had surgery yesterday to sew a new lens to the back of the eye socket.
I have a patch over the eye now and will not be able to resume training for at least a week.
I have to go for a post surgery check up today to see how it went.
