BJJ Training Journal - 11/19/20 - Wrestling and more

I did my normal bag and lifting work out.

As I was stretching to cool down this 21 year old kick boxer who I sparred with a while back showed up and wanted to work on some wrestling.

We drilled single and double legs. It is nice to be able to get on the mat with someone.

He picks it up fast and has some fast feet so it was productive even though he is a noob at the ground.

It was a fun and productive work out.
