The reality is that the world governments are awakening to the fact that marijuana criminalization has been the political and economic endeavors of predominantly Western nations for decades. It has never been about pubic health and safety. It has been about controlling markets, stifling economies and criminalizing cultures and people from non-western countries, such as Thailand and Jamaica.
According to a Marijuana Moment report, Thai Prime Minister, Prayut Chan-o-cha, publicly appeared with Dr. Ganja and vaped ganja oil and rubbed some behind his ears. Dr. Ganja is a character created by the Thai government to educate the public about cannabis consumption. The launch of the educational website (http://www.medcannabis.go.th/) was launched after the government promised the nation a New Year’s GIft by legalizing cannabis in 2019.
