07:10 PM - 01:00 AM - Been having a cold these past few days, possibly and partly due to working outside so much the past few weeks. I must be allergic to grass or something that is outside. I've been getting a running nose, cough, headache, a bit of a sore throat and also irritation at the top back part of the throat. Normal cold symptoms. Especially today. So, took 3 extra Magnesium pills for the headache. I didn't have any vitamin D pills but did take 3 extra vitamin C pills. Plus, a few others including Omega.

Weather Starving

It's like having the weather man saying there are tornadoes, Noah's Flood, storms, etc, and you look outside and it is a nice sunny day and you stay inside because the weather man says on your television that you have to stay inside or else. You don't believe your very eyes as you look outside to see a sunny day and you simply stay inside and starve to death along with your family, your kids, your friends.
